Why track it
Was that a 20-minute nap or an hour? Nobody knows.
Naps start in the car, end in the cot, and blur into each other. Without a log, it’s hard to see whether your baby is getting more sleep, less sleep, or just different sleep.
Sleep tracking without the fuss
Tap once to start, tap once to stop. The charts do the rest.
Lock screen timer
A Live Activity shows the running nap on your lock screen and Dynamic Island.
Naps and nights
Log both, so you can see total sleep across the day.
Sleep charts
Daily and weekly views show how your baby’s sleep is changing.
Sleep reminders
Set a reminder for nap time or bedtime routines.
Control Center and Watch
Start or stop the sleep timer from Control Center or your Apple Watch.
Log by voice
Tap the mic and say “bottle, 120 ml” or “wet diaper”. You check what Anvikare understood before it saves.
