Why track it
Hair ties on your wrist only get you so far
Lots of parents swap a bracelet or a hair tie to remember the side. It works until it doesn’t. A tracker remembers the side, the time and the duration — and builds a picture of your feeding rhythm over days.
Everything about the feed, saved in seconds
Simple enough for a newborn feed, detailed enough for a lactation consultant.
How long it lasted
Add the feed’s duration in minutes along with the time it happened.
Left, right or both
Record the side every time, so you always know where to start next.
Feeding charts
See feeds per day and how your rhythm changes week to week.
Mix with bottles
Combination feeding? Log expressed milk and formula in the same timeline.
Breastfeeding timer on your Lock Screen
Start a feed and follow it as a Live Activity, with a next-feed countdown, without unlocking.
Pumping timer
Time your pumping sessions and keep them next to your baby’s feeds.

Frequently asked questions
How long should a breastfeed last?
There’s a wide normal range, and it changes as your baby grows. A lactation consultant or your pediatrician can tell you what to look for with your baby.
Can I log pumped milk too?
You can log feeds of expressed milk with the amount given. Anvikare doesn’t have a separate pumping-session log yet.
Can I add notes to a feed?
Yes — add a note to any feed, like “latched well” or “sleepy on the right”.
Is there a printable breastfeeding log?
Yes, our breastfeeding log template post has a free printable version if you prefer paper.
