A gentle tracker for life after the NICU
The NICU tracked everything for you. At home, it’s your job — feeds, weight checks, medicines, follow-ups. Anvikare keeps it all in one calm log, so appointments start with answers rather than guesses.

Coming home
From a room full of monitors to a kitchen notebook
Preemie parents are often asked to keep careful records at home: how much each feed was, how weight is trending, which medicines were given and when. That’s a lot to hold on paper while you’re also learning your baby.
The records your care team asks for, in one place
Anvikare doesn’t replace your NICU discharge plan — it just helps you keep up with it.
Feeds with exact amounts
Log breast, formula or expressed milk with time and volume, so totals are easy to share.
Weight and growth
Record weight, length and head size at each check and see the trend over time.
Medicines and doses
Note each medicine, dose and time given, and set reminders for the next one.
Vaccinations and follow-ups
Keep a record of scheduled and given vaccines, with notes from each visit.

Frequently asked questions
Should I use corrected age on the growth chart?
Many care teams look at premature babies’ growth using corrected age. Ask your pediatrician or NICU follow-up team how they’d like you to read the chart.
Can I set reminders for medicines?
Yes. Medicine reminders can repeat on a schedule, and on iOS 26 they can ring full-screen like an alarm so you don’t miss them.
Can I export the records for my doctor?
With Anvikare Pro you can export your baby’s history as a CSV file, ready to share with your pediatrician.
Is Anvikare a medical device?
No. It’s a tracker for your own records and doesn’t give medical advice. Always follow your care team’s instructions.
